Our complete documentation is available at our support wiki. Existing customers (and pilot customers) should have received credentials to access this site during installation. If you are a new customer, contact CommonDesk request access to the documentation.

Support Hours of Operation

For companies with Bronze and Silver support contacts, issues will be processed during standard support hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

For companies with Gold support contracts, issues will be processed 24/7, 365 days a year.
